The NDIS Support Catalogue 2026-27 lists 5 support items under 0120, funded from the Assistance with Daily Life budget. Leaving out the time-of-day, rate-level and claim-type variants, the supports are:

  • House or Yard Maintenance
  • House Cleaning And Other Household Activities
  • Linen Service
  • Assistance with the cost of the preparation and delivery of meals

Who registers for 0120

Cleaners, gardeners, lawn and yard maintenance businesses, and support workers who provide domestic help.

Groups 0120 is often confused with

  • 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities is personal care. Help with personal domestic tasks alongside personal care sits in 0107.
  • 0123 Assistive products for household tasks is supplying products that make household tasks easier.

Audit: verification or certification?

0120 is a verification group. If every group you register for is a verification group, you have the lighter verification audit, usually a desktop review against the Verification Module. Is NDIS registration group 0120 verification or certification?

0120 (Household tasks) is a verification group. If every group you register for is a verification group, you have a verification audit against the Verification Module. If you add any certification group, your whole registration becomes a certification audit.

Do I need to be NDIS registered to provide household tasks?

Not for every participant. Unregistered providers can deliver 0120 supports to self-managed and plan-managed participants. You need to be registered to be paid from NDIA-managed funding.
