Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of participant data you enter.
• You're responsible for reviewing every generated document before use.
• You're responsible for ensuring you have consent to store participant data in Bluetail.

No clinical advice

Bluetail is a document automation tool. It does not provide clinical advice or NDIA decisions.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
