Audit: verification or certification?
0133 is a certification group. You are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards Core Module, in two stages, with an onsite visit, interviews with workers and participants, and a mid-term audit. Your audit type is set by the highest of your groups, so registering for 0133 makes your whole registration a certification audit. See verification vs certification audits, how the NDIS audit works and what a certification audit costs.

Documents you need for 0133
A certification audit checks your policies, procedures and records against the Core Module: participant rights, governance and operational management, how you deliver supports, and the environment you deliver them in. The auditor then looks for evidence you follow them, through your records and interviews.

Is NDIS registration group 0133 verification or certification?
0133 (Specialised supported employment) is a certification group, so registering for it means a certification audit against the NDIS Practice Standards Core Module. Because your audit type is set by the highest of your groups, adding 0133 makes your whole registration a certification audit.
Do I need to be NDIS registered to provide specialised supported employment?
Not for every participant. Unregistered providers can deliver 0133 supports to self-managed and plan-managed participants. You need to be registered to be paid from NDIA-managed funding.
What supports are in registration group 0133?
In the 2026-27 NDIS Support Catalogue, 0133 has 13 support items, including Supports in Employment. Different times of day, rate levels and claim types are listed as separate items.
What documents do I need to register for 0133?
A certification audit checks your policies, procedures and records against the Core Module (rights, governance, how you deliver supports, and the support environment), and then looks for evidence you follow them. Most providers work from a full set of governance, participant, worker and incident documents.
