Audit: verification or certification?
0132 is a certification group. You are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards Core Module, plus the Specialist Support Coordination Module, in two stages, with an onsite visit, interviews with workers and participants, and a mid-term audit. Your audit type is set by the highest of your groups, so registering for 0132 makes your whole registration a certification audit. See verification vs certification audits, how the NDIS audit works and what a certification audit costs.

Documents you need for 0132

Is NDIS registration group 0132 verification or certification?
0132 (Specialised support coordination) is a certification group, so registering for it means a certification audit against the NDIS Practice Standards Core Module, plus the Specialist Support Coordination Module. Because your audit type is set by the highest of your groups, adding 0132 makes your whole registration a certification audit.
Do I need to be NDIS registered to provide specialised support coordination?
Not for every participant. Unregistered providers can deliver 0132 supports to self-managed and plan-managed participants. You need to be registered to be paid from NDIA-managed funding.
What supports are in registration group 0132?
In the 2026-27 NDIS Support Catalogue, 0132 has 3 support items, including Support Coordination Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination. Different times of day, rate levels and claim types are listed as separate items.
What documents do I need to register for 0132?
A certification audit checks your policies, procedures and records against the Core Module (rights, governance, how you deliver supports, and the support environment) and the Specialist Support Coordination Module, and then looks for evidence you follow them. Most providers work from a full set of governance, participant, worker and incident documents.
